The daily schedule that got me to $1,000,000/month

hook · daily schedule behind big numbercuriosity gap

Hey everyone, it's Charlie Morgan here, and in this video I'm going to walk you through the productivity routine that took me from 0 to 10k a month, and I'm also going to walk you through how I manage my time and how I stay productive to the point where I've now made nearly $20 million with an online business. So, I'm going to walk you through my calendar, my time management, my productivity system, and just reveal everything, so you can just basically copy it and make a bunch of money. Let's get into it. All right, so what you're looking at here is the routine that I followed near enough to go from 0 to 8, 10k a month, 8k a month give or take. Um, basically, the first step to becoming productive so you can make a ton of money is structuring a routine, right? So what you want to do is open up a Google Doc or some notes or something and just basically build a routine, um, from when you wake up to when you go to sleep and list everything that you want to do all day every day. Success is about repetition of action, and it's just finding actions that drive results and repeating them for like five years, and then you basically become a millionaire, literally, trust me, that's how I did it. So get up at 7:15. This is what I did to get to 10K a month by the way. Go gym, do a workout, and then I'd eat like some protein shake or something, meditate, alchemy self, um, trackers, so I've got my health trackers, meditation trackers, call my business partner.

How to steal it

setting · outdoor city
  1. 01
    Hook (0-2s)

Open with the "daily schedule behind big number" beat. No intro card, no logo, no greeting.

Brickell · Roll camera before you arrive at Brickell Ave at golden hour or Biscayne Blvd south of 5th. The reveal IS the hook.

  2. 02
    Set the frame (2-4s)

Establish outdoor city with your hero prop. Wide on the 16mm so the GT3 RS sells the scale.

Brickell · Keep the prop count to 1. More props = more cuts = lower retention.

  3. 03
    Payoff (4-9s)

Use direct to camera rant to deliver the rewatch moment. One idea, one take.

Brickell · Cut on the reaction, not the line. If it's a price reveal, hold the number on screen for 1.5s.

  4. 04
    Reaction / proof (9-13s)

Show the consequence. Bystander head-turn, valet face, on-screen receipt — whatever makes the payoff feel real.

Brickell · Casa Tua and Komodo valets are cinematic. E11even paddock for nightlife crowd. Hard Rock paddock during F1 weekend = prebuilt audience.

Variant 1

The daily schedule I ran when OVO closed its first Nike campaign.

Alex walks through his actual calendar from the week he closed a Nike deal for an OVO creator, showing the exact blocks for outreach, negotiation, and creator prep. Filmed at the Brickell penthouse desk with the Miami skyline behind him.

Variant 2

The routine that replaced my ZoomInfo salary with 5% recurring commissions.

Alex contrasts his old 9-to-5 AE grind at ZoomInfo with the daily structure he built after quitting at 22. Shows how a few repeatable daily actions (cold pitches, media kit sends, creator check-ins) stacked into recurring revenue through OVO.

Where in Miami
  • Gas station · Shell SW 8th + Brickell Ave (24/7, premium pump, clean lighting).
  • Valet · Casa Tua, Komodo, E11even — pull-up + handoff is the cinematic moment.
  • Penthouse · Flow Brickell roof or your unit. Skyline backdrop reads premium.
  • Track / paddock · Hard Rock paddock during F1 weekend = pre-built audience.
  • Cold start · Brickell Ave south of 8th at 6:30am — empty street, hard light.

Variant 3

This daily schedule paid for a $500k GT3 RS. Steal it.

Opens with a walk-around shot of the GT3 RS in the Brickell garage, then cuts to Alex screen-sharing his actual weekly calendar. Breaks down how many hours go to creator outreach, brand negotiation, and Roster Method students, and why most people overcomplicate their day.
