Signed a Creator

Placement proof content. Every time OVO Talent signs a new creator, one Reel + one carousel. Shows the signed deal artifact, the creator (blurred if under embargo), and the first deal Alex pitches them for.

Why this pattern works in 2026

The "I signed X" post format is under-used outside of sports and music management and massively under-used in creator management. It is a compounding receipt, every signing is a new post, and the series itself is a moat because competitors cannot fabricate a roster. The narrative loop "I signed them → I closed a deal for them → I signed a bigger one" makes every prior post stronger over time.

UTA / Underscore Talent staff posts
referenced in Variety Jan 2026

Niche + offer. Traditional agencies moving into creator-brand-deal brokerage. Not sellers, but they legitimize the format.

Why relevant. Alex can cite the Variety coverage as the "this is a real job" social proof inside the post. Adjacent, not competitive.

Reference posts
  • ·Industry articles with screenshots of signing announcements. Steal: the "welcoming X to the roster" copy structure for your own version.
Sports / talent agency accounts
Klutch, CAA, Roc Nation, CAA Sports

Niche + offer. Legacy talent and music agencies. Public-record signings posted as social content. Full grammar teardown at docs/SPORTS-AGENCY-GRAMMAR.md.

Why relevant. The visual grammar of "signed" is mastered by sports and music. Clean headshot + "Welcome to the family, @handle" caption + 3-bullet credential stack + brand co-tag. Alex can mimic for a $3,997 creator-management course.

Johanna Voss
@johannavoss

Niche + offer. See series 1.

Why relevant. She posts "I just got this creator X dollars" wins, which is the mirror of Alex's "I just signed X". Same proof vector, opposite side of the trade.

Reference posts
  • ·IG carousel: deal win. Steal: the single-artifact-per-slide restraint.
Brez (@brezscales), aesthetic reference only
@brezscales

Niche + offer. See series 1. Correct handle `@brezscales`.

Why relevant. He does *not* post signing-announcement content on the feed (verified 2026-04-23 across 12 IG + 40 TT posts). Keep him in this series for aesthetic energy only, not format. The sports-agency pack above carries the actual "signed a creator" grammar.

Reference posts
  • ·None of Brez's current feed maps to "signed X to the program". Use the CAA / Klutch URLs above for format stealing.

Alex's variant

"Just signed a 67k-follower skincare creator to the OVO Talent roster. First deal I am pitching her for: a Celsius collab at $22k. If you want to see how we build the pitch, comment ROSTER, I will DM you the email template." 35s Reel. Frame 1 = signed contract PDF with brand logo visible, creator name and signature blurred. Pinned comment names the creator tier and the brand (but not the creator).
