Series 5

The Miami Kid

Contrarian location content. Every other agency / course seller is LA or New York. Alex is 25 and runs the thing from Brickell. GT3 RS, rooftop, coffee shops, boat days, nighttime skyline. Ambient aesthetic, not "lifestyle flex".

Why this pattern works in 2026

Location is the cheapest differentiator left in a saturated niche because the same content shot in Brickell reads different from the same content shot in a Hormozi studio. Miami visual grammar (palm trees at night, water, 305 aesthetic) has real-world 2026 cultural weight (finance migration, crypto-adjacent, creator diaspora). Viewers who scroll operator content all day pattern-recognize "another LA studio" and swipe, "Miami rooftop" breaks the pattern.

Reference creators

Mohoodz
@mohoodz

Niche + offer. Mid-tier creator aesthetic / city content with a male-operator lens.

Why relevant. Proves that "this is my city" is a repeatable moat if you actually live there and the footage is consistent.

Reference posts
  • ·IG Reel: ambient city-at-night footage with a single-line voiceover. Steal: no hook text overlay, the visual is the hook.
  • ·IG Reel: walking-through-city POV. Steal: one cut, one thought, one pinned comment.
Brez
@brezscales

Niche + offer. See series 1. Correct handle is `@brezscales`, not `@brezofficial`.

Why relevant. His content is location-anchored to a car / aspirational-operator aesthetic. GT3 RS content at 20, aggressive supercar carousels, Miami energy. Alex is already living the exact frame Brez is staging.

Sebastian Ghiorghiu
@sebastianghiorghiu

Niche + offer. See series 2.

Why relevant. He moved his location content to Dubai / Miami aesthetic after Eastern Europe origin. The "I moved to [city]" narrative arc works even if Alex has only ever lived in Miami, the story is "why I am building here, not LA".

Reference posts
  • ·IG Reel: "Moved to Dubai". Steal: the first 5s is airplane-to-rooftop, no voice.
  • ·YouTube vlog cutdown. Steal: b-roll-heavy, voice-light, still a lesson inside.

Alex's variant

"Every agency owner I know built their thing in LA and New York. I built mine in Brickell. Here is why 25-year-olds who want to run talent should skip the LA office and buy a one-way ticket to Miami." 40s Reel. Cold open = 3s wide drone of the Miami skyline at sunset. Cut to Alex on a Brickell rooftop. Mid-roll b-roll = GT3 RS parked at a Wynwood coffee spot. No captions for the first 4 seconds. Pinned comment names the contrarian take explicitly.
